KPMG’s 1000-strong team of local tax professionals will get access to KymTax from Tuesday, a custom-built generative artificial intelligence tool that will act as a research assistant to help draft client advice.
The AI tool combs through KPMG’s internal tax documentation, tax legislation and the ATO’s legal database to produce a first draft of advice that answers specific questions on recent tax issues.
