Last year, when HTC brought out the successor to its highly regarded One smartphone, we questioned whether it had done enough to make the new model sufficiently different from the old model, or whether HTC was playing it too safe by sticking too closely to what had been a successful formula.
This year, HTC has answered that question. It's playing it way too safe. Dangerously safe.
