Fujitsu commits $100 million to local data centre upgrades
Japanese multinational tech giant Fujitsu will pour $100 million into an ambitious program to upgrade up to four of its Australian data centres, making them the most reliable in terms of avoiding system outages.
The company has already earmarked three data centres for the costly upgrades in Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales, which will elevate them to a maximum Tier IV classification, outstripping most rival providers locally.
