Founders collect $20m from sale of flower delivery start-up

Flower delivery service LVLY has been acquired by south-east Asian-based Limitless Technology for $35 million, a deal in which Melbourne-based founders Hannah Spilva and Verity Tuck will take in a combined $20 million.

The prolonged lockdowns in eastern Australia over the past two years led to soaring growth in LVLY’s same-day flower delivery business, and its recognisable brand and network of warehouses and logistics carriers caught the eye of Limitless Technology.
