Burned investors in failed listed technology company Nuheara are pushing the corporate regulator to investigate whether its management hid debts and traded while insolvent, following an asset sale that wiped out all of their stakes.

Nuheara was once one of the ASX’s most promising technology stocks, with its innovative wireless earbuds aimed at general consumers and the hard-of-hearing, sold at major retailers including US giants Walmart and Best Buy.
