Canva poaches a mastermind of Zoom’s IPO
Canva has hired the chief financial officer who piloted the public listing of video meeting software company Zoom, 10 months after its founding finance chief stepped down following an investigation into alleged misconduct.
Kelly Steckelberg has been Zoom’s CFO for the past seven years and oversaw the company’s initial public offering on the Nasdaq in 2019. She is expected to steer Canva to a long-awaited float on the US stock exchange at some point over the next two years.
