Aussie tech company buys UK sports video rival for $53m

ASX-listed sports tech company Catapult has announced plans to snap up UK-based rival SBG Sports Software in a strategic acquisition worth $US40-45 million ($53-59 million).
Catapult has a diverse range of products in the sports technology and athlete performance enhancement market, offering wearable technologies, video analysis, athlete management, and content licensing.
