Atlassian backs British start-up that creates AI avatars for CEOs

Atlassian’s venture capital arm has thrown its money behind a $US180 million ($290 million) bet on a UK-based start-up that helps companies create artificial intelligence avatars to be the face of workplace communications.

Atlassian joined new and existing investors in the Series D funding round, which ascribes the seven-year-old company a $US2.1 billion valuation, making it the most valuable generative AI business in Britain.
