Apple’s VR headset will change the world when the price is right
The launch next month of Apple’s virtual-reality headset could revolutionise virtual- and augmented-reality the way the iPhone revolutionised the smartphone, but it’s going to come with a price tag far more expensive than most Australians say they’re willing to pay, new data shows.
After years of rumour and speculation, Apple is expected to launch a reality-altering headset at its June 5-9 Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) at its headquarters near San Jose, California.
