Australian medical experts are set to launch an IVF breakthrough that uses artificial intelligence to help embryologists select the most viable embryos. It has already been used successfully in Europe to boost pregnancy rates.
Machine learning is already infiltrating the fields of nephrology, cardiology, ophthalmology and primary care, with specialists using it to analyse large swaths of patient data to make more precise decisions around patient care.
