TechnologyOne and its founder and executive chairman Adrian Di Marco are facing a $14.82 million unfair dismissal and bullying claim from their former Victorian manager, court documents reveal.

Behnam Roohizadegan was Victorian manager of TechnologyOne for a decade from 2006 but claims to have been bullied, marginalised and undermined from early 2016 by two senior executives in sales and marketing who Mr Roohizadegan alleges excluded him from major commercial deals in Victoria.
