Woolworths Group has sold its remaining shares in ASX-listed Endeavour Group, owner of Dan Murphy’s and BWS bottle shops, Street Talk can reveal.
The $383 million block trade was handled by Goldman Sachs on Friday night, and came after a handful of investment banks pitched the supermarket giant to win the lucrative selldown mandate.
