Wesfarmers signs on dotted line for InstantScripts, $135m sale price

Listed conglomerate Wesfarmers is expected to sign a deal to buy online medical prescriptions business InstantScripts on Monday, after Street Talk revealed the talks in May.

Wesfarmers CEO Rob Scott is set to spend $135 million to buy InstantScripts, as the group builds out its health offering.
