Wentworth buys $200m asset for $1.5b BlackRock life sciences JV

Real estate developer Aqualand has sold a $200 million life sciences property in North Ryde to Wentworth Capital, which last year started assembling a $1.5 billion fund in the asset class with global juggernaut BlackRock.

Labs need more specific infrastructure than commercial buildings can offer.
