Potential suitors have long kept tabs on niche pharmacy-linked general insurer Guild Insurance, but activity is set to ramp up this year with the group opening its door to bankers.
Street Talk understands Guild Insurance, which offers indemnity insurance and business insurance to more than 80,000 healthcare professionals, has brought in UBS’ financial institutions bankers to advise.
