CSG Ltd ’s embattled shareholders look like finally getting their payday as the company is set to announce a deal with Japan’s NEC.

It is understood NEC has offered up to $260 million for CSG’s technology solutions unit alone, which is significantly more than CSG’s $180 million market capitalisation.
