CSG (CSV)
Darwin-based print and technology provider CSG has enjoyed a steadily rising share price since announcing it was selling the IT services segment of its business to Japanese firm NEC Australia. The deal was announced to the market on May 30 with a base consideration of $228 million and a potential earn-out of up to $32 million. Where CSG was trading at 62¢ a share the day before the deal it is now hovering at about 76¢ a share.
