Staude Capital goes it alone for LIC capital raising

Emma Davidson and Miles Staude, whose 11-year-old firm Staude Capital manages the ASX-listed Global Value Fund, have taken it upon themselves to raise fresh capital.

Street Talk understands the husband-and-wife duo, aka lead manager, launched a wholesale placement on Tuesday morning to raise between $10 million and $15 million. Placement shares will be issued at $1.34, a 0.4 per cent discount to the last closing price.
