There is nothing like a property auction to stir interest in NSW - and so it is with the state's land titles office.

NSW Treasury is filtering through a long list of interested parties for the right to run its Land and Property Information unit for the next 35-years, with an information memorandum expected to hit pigeon-holes next week.
