An Australian medical innovator and manufacturer backed by institutional investors Perennial Value Management and SG Hiscock is welcoming a new investor onto its capital table.

Singapore-based contract manufacturer Meiban Group has taken a 20 per cent stake in Planet Innovation, expanding the medtech’s large-scale manufacturing capacity.
