Shareholders barred from Keybridge meeting as court freezes assets

Shareholders were locked out of a meeting of Nick Bolton’s Keybridge Capital on Thursday afternoon where a vote was due to be held to spill the board.

Street Talk understands shareholders who attended the Melbourne meeting in person were allowed to enter the room but shareholders seeking dial-in details were barred from attending.
