SG Lottery cornerstone book hits $3b, dual track heats up
SG Lottery has received offers worth more than $3 billion for its mooted initial public offering and ASX-listing, or about two-thirds of the potential offer size.
It is understood that SG Lottery and its lead managers have told potential investors that early demand was in excess of $3 billion, at a price valuing the company at 14 to 15-times EBITDA.
