Archer Capital’s Kiwi education business Aspire2 Group is finally changing hands after almost a decade of ownership.
River Capital, a Melbourne-based investment firm set up by Barry and Suzi Carp, picked up Archer’s stake in the operator on July 1. It is betting on Aspire2’s growth potential, especially in the business-to-business unit which wants to dig deeper into the Australian market and is keeping an eye out for bolt-on acquisitions.
