RBC, Goldman Sachs score roles in $530m gas takeover
ASX-listed Chinese unconventional gas assets company Sino Gas & Energy Holdings has tapped RBC Capital Markets and law firm Allens as it works its way through a private equity bid.
Sino Gas has received a 25¢ a share conditional bid from private equity firm Lone Star - the same suitor which was trying to buy ASX-listed AWE this time two years ago - and is working with the suitor to help firm up the offer.
