PwC is pitching Godfreys’ 90-year-history and a management-led turnaround plan to potential buyers, after being called in as voluntary administrators this week.
The confidential sale flyer, obtained by Street Talk, said PwC would entertain offers for Godfreys’ business and assets via a deed of company arrangement, restructure or asset purchase in a “multi-staged” process. Interested parties are being asked to sign confidentiality agreements to receive an information pack.
