Luke Sayers has lured former AustralianSuper chief executive Ian Silk to become the chairman of Tenet Advisory & Investments, the consulting business founded by the former PwC partner five years ago.
The appointment of Silk means Sayers will step down as executive chairman, but will remain a director and the largest shareholder of the consulting and investment firm. Originally known as Sayers Group, Tenet was rebranded and the board overhauled after a lewd photo scandal.
