A deal that’s been trapped in the deep freezer of corporate Australia is finally ready to be thawed out.

As first reported by this column, the on-again, off-again, on-again sale of the refrigerated logistics business owned by ASX-listed AP Eagers is imminent, with Phil Cave's buyout firm Anchorage Capital Partners understood to have agreed terms and locked in financing to acquire the division.
