Glow Capital Partners is going full glam. Street Talk can reveal Justin Ryan’s private equity outfit has acquired a majority stake in contract manufacturer of personal care products Delta Laboratories.
The deal was signed last week and is expected to be completed over the coming months. Founder Gary Leach will retain a small stake in the business.
