Domestic buyout firm Odyssey Private Equity is set to take a big bite of an Australian fast food business with a Japanese bent.

Street Talk can reveal Odyssey has agreed terms to buy the country's biggest Japanese food business Sushi Sushi, in a deal understood to value the business at between $100 million and $150 million.
