Nasdaq-listed engineering services giant swoops on Adelaide’s SAGE

Tetra Tech, a California-based professional services group capitalised at $US8.4 billion on the Nasdaq, has pounced on a South Australian industrial services provider which holds contracts with Sydney Airport, Coca Cola Amatil and Arnott’s Biscuits.

Tetra Tech, which a decade ago took advantage of the lower Australian dollar to snap up local engineering group Coffey International, will acquire 100 per cent of founder- and employee-owned SAGE Group Holdings for its commercial international business group.
