A merger between a couple of big global drinking water services company is set to squeeze out Australia’s No.2 water filtration and taps business Billi.
Street Talk understands Billi’s owner, UK-based Waterlogic Group Holdings, has mandated Sydney firm Miles Advisory to find a buyer for the “under the sink” water systems business, which makes nearly $15 million a year in earnings.
