A fund run by US alternative asset manager Ares Management is the new largest shareholder at ASX-listed Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia.
Street Talk can reveal the Ares fund was the buyer of a 14.99 per cent stake on Tuesday afternoon, secured in a daring after-market raid.
