M2 Group and Vocus Communications have announced a merger which would would propel the combined entity into Australia's top top-100 stocks and complete a whirlwind 12-months of corporate activity among listed small cap telecommunications companies.
As revealed by Street Talk Online before the companies' announcement on Monday morning, the M2 and Vocus boards backed a merger which would see M2 shareholders receive 1.625 Vocus shares for each M2 share.
