iPartners joins Bis Industries’ $110m debt refinancing

Alternatives investing platform iPartners has joined the rescue squad trying to hose down the latest dumpster fire at Bis Industries, the underground coal mining equipment provider owned by The Carlyle Group and Varde Partners.

BIS Industries, which provides mine-site trucking to some of Australia’s largest coal and iron ore miners, has debt maturing in July.
