Investment banks battle for Pepper lead manager mandates

It's equity capital markets teams at 10-paces as the country's big investment banking teams pitch to float KKR-backed lender Pepper this week.

It is understood ECM bankers will spend the next few days in front of Pepper's board and management team, offering ideas on how to float Pepper's Australian lending business, who they reckon would be likely to buy shares at the float and the company's potential valuation.
