Imaging software biz Enlitic raising to fund M&A after shares drop 89pc

Medical imaging software business Enlitic, which has shrunk from $70 million-plus to just $7 million market capitalisation in the nine months since its listing, is asking fund managers to tip in $20 million to fund an acquisition and working capital break-even.

Enlitic aims to streamline data workflows for radiologists and other medical professionals.
