IAG, Allianz eyeball Royal Automobile Club WA

It’s heads down at two Wall Street investment banks as the Royal Automobile Club of Western Australia sale process springs into action.

Street Talk reported last year the 119-year-old insurer had tapped Barrenjoey’s financial services banker Anthony Brasher to run a strategic review of its insurance arm. Now, interested parties are marshalling the troops and buy-side mandates are starting to fly.
