Hillgrove Resources is seeking to raise up to $25 million through Wilson HTM Investment Group.

The gold and copper play went into a trading halt on Wednesday morning as broker Wilson HTM went about raising $15 million in a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors. The placement was expected to be followed by a share purchase plan to raise up to another $10 million.
