Ex-Macquarie equities boss seeks $100m for investment firm

A Sydney-based investment firm that bets on early-stage healthcare, education and lifestyle businesses has pressed play on an equity raising, seeking to stock up its balance sheet with $100 million from family offices and high-net-worth investors.

Dan Ritchie, the former head of Australian equities at Macquarie Bank, now heads up Factory Capital.
