Bidders in the $2 billion auction for a stake in Zenith Energy, a provider of remote power solutions to mining giants, are getting their ducks in a row.
Just days after Zenith’s owners – Pacific Equity Partners, Canadian pension fund OPTrust and Foresight Partners – mailed out the sale flyer, Street Talk can reveal a couple of sector gorillas – keen to get on the front foot given the size of equity cheque required – have mandated financial advisers for help with due diligence and funding.
