End of an era: Downer closes in on sale of 49pc stake in Keolis Downer

Nearly nine months after Downer EDI boss Peter Tompkins told investors he was reviewing its 49 per cent stake in a train and tram joint venture with France’s Keolis, negotiations are speeding towards the last stop.
