Carlyle flags down EV bus outfit GoZero for $200m debt deal

Electric vehicle outfit GoZero Group is one step closer to realising its dream of electrifying all 8000 of NSW’s buses.

Street Talk understands the group, the largest electric bus supplier to the NSW government, is edging towards a deal with global private capital juggernaut The Carlyle Group. Sources said the pair are working on terms for a $200 million-plus debt facility which would see Carlyle join its lending pool for the first time.
