Bowen Basin gas producer Denison Gas kicks off institutional NDR

Denison Gas, a leading player in Australia’s east-coast domestic gas market, is meeting institutional investors as it transitions to high growth from start-up phase and its earnings cross over $75 million.

Street Talk understands the Queensland producer and explorer is being toured by PKF Corporate Finance’s Alan Stevenson as part of a non-deal roadshow. People briefed on the matter, who requested anonymity, said Denison was exploring its strategic options at this stage, and its Chinese owners were yet to decide on an exit route.
