AVet Health closes oversubscribed pre-IPO round

Generic branded veterinary pharmaceuticals company AVet Health has banked $5 million in an oversubscribed pre-IPO funding round.

The company, which owns the brand Wagg & Purr, had initially been planning to raise $3 million at a pre-money valuation of $10 million.
