Days before Guzman y Gomez has hit the boards, and it’s already a roaring success! Just ask the brokers. The book has been covered and everyone is falling over themselves to get in on the Mexican-themed restaurant’s stock. Now, eyes are on how it trades.
But before this column moves on, it’s worth taking another look at the Guzman y Gomez prospectus. Earlier this month, to recap, Street Talk pointed to some spicy number crunching when it came to lease accounting, inflating earnings growth numbers.
