Rich Lister and Perth billionaire Stan Perron has died at the age of 96.

Mr Perron built a $4 billion fortune, putting him at 15 on the 2018 Financial Review Rich List, from a string of investments spanning office blocks, shopping centres, car distribution and iron ore royalties.
