You would not know it from William Street below, but the view from the boardroom of Terrace Tower Group’s head office in Woolloomooloo is one of the best in Sydney: Harbour Bridge, Opera House, botanic gardens and plenty of glistening water. It’s something the long-term owners of the business, sisters Monica Saunders-Weinberg and Betty Klimenko, do not take for granted.

This view, and this office, is one of the few memories they share from their very distinct childhoods. It’s also the centre of a new chapter in the family history, one in which Terrace Tower Group is diversifying away from its real estate origins and into the once niche but now booming world of private credit.
