Hannah WoottonReporterLong-winded corporate job titles can cover all manner of sins these days. So there’s a chance Gladys Berejiklian’s role as managing director, enterprise and business at Optus actually means frontline Liberal party campaigner.
But it seems unlikely, given big business’ preference for its significant sway over politicians to be shielded from public view. Just look at the trouble Alan Joyce got in for his lack of subtlety.
