The rapidly shrinking Victory Offices is down to a single co-working space in Sydney, after last week having its sublease from KPMG terminated at level 25 of 300 Barangaroo Avenue.
A KPMG spokeswoman told us the firm had every sympathy for Victory’s co-working clients, many of whom were “shocked and upset at discovering their situation. We are working with them to finalise their individual vacancy arrangements to minimise disruption to their businesses.”
