Sydney stockbroker and Evolution Capital chief Stephen Silver has been accused of assault by a man protesting Israel’s military incursion into Gaza. Police are investigating the incident.

A scuffle between the two men is alleged to have occurred on Thursday at a large protest outside the offices of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade on Sydney’s Castlereagh Street, which is next door to Evolution Capital’s offices.
